2. Use of Service

You may use our AI-powered tools to upload, edit, and generate images. By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload or generate content that is illegal, violent, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise violates national or international laws.
• Not abuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the system.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. User Content

By uploading content (e.g., images and text prompts), you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use and modify the content.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Your uploaded or generated content will not be publicly shared or made visible to other users, and will remain accessible only to you.
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content, and it is not stored beyond processing.

4. AI-Generated Output

Our outputs are generated using AI models (e.g.,Google Gemini, FLUX.1) and may not always be accurate, suitable, or reliable. You are solely responsible for how you use or distribute generated content, including ensuring compliance with copyright, intellectual property, and ethical standards.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for their reliability, policies, or practices. These may include:

• Google Gemini, FLUX.1 API (image generation)
• Google Analytics (usage analytics)
• Cloudflare (hosting, performance, security)

You are responsible for reviewing applicable third-party terms and policies.

6. Credit System and Payments

Our Service offers two types of payment options: credits and subscriptions.

Credits: Credit packages can be purchased at any time and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund for any unused credits within the valid period. Expired credits are non-refundable.

Subscriptions: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each term (month or year) and remain active until the end of the paid period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices and packages may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect credits or subscriptions you have already purchased.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our partners are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, or disruptions caused by third-party services. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated, and continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
